PME Knightsbridge Cake Decorating Course

There are three separate PME Diploma Modules, each taking four days to complete

  1. Sugarpaste
  2. Royal Icing & Piping
  3. Sugar Flowers

Each may be undertaken individually on a standalone basis or all three can be undertaken with a view to obtaining a PME Masters Certificate on successful completion of all three.

The course is designed specifically for anyone anticipating providing cakes to family and friends or on a commercial basis. They encompass a combination of basic techniques and creative styling together with a professional business approach. You’ll learn and understand the tricks of the trade, pricing guidelines, business essentials and requirements, etc.
