We have a large, Free Car Park and easy access at the rear of the building if you want to collect large items.

At the time of purchase, we’ll agree a date and an estimated time slot for morning or afternoon delivery. Unfortunately, because of traffic and other unforeseeable circumstances and delays, we will be unable to give you an exact delivery time but will do as much we can to accommodate you.

A charge will be applied for all deliveries. This will depend on distance, accessibility, etc. There is no charge for collecting your old appliance at the time of delivery. Goods will be delivered to the site of the building address.

All products are supplied on a pay and collect basis.

When we agree to carry or man-handle the goods over ramps, stairs or steps, manoeuvre them through narrow passageways or into difficult to access places, we accept no liability for any damage to the goods being delivered or to your property, which may result from acceding to your request.

Items being collected by us under the free take-back scheme (WEEE) must be disconnected, defrosted, empty and ready for collection at the site.

We accept no liability for any damage which may result from acceding to your request to remove WEEE from any place other than the site of the building.

American Style Fridge Freezers. When buying an American style fridge freezer measure the door openings in your house. You’ll need to allow for the hinged edge of the door when it’s in the open position, as it sometimes protrudes beyond the door frame, effectively reducing the width of the doorway opening. Please check your measurements before arranging delivery.

Fully Transferable - You can increase the value of gift or sale by transferring your cover to the new owner.

Need a perfect colour match? We’ll can mix your chosen colours in any size or paint type in thousands of shades from our Dulux tinting system. 

WEEE stands for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. WEEE is end-of-life electrical and electronic equipment – in simpler terms, it is anything with a plug or a battery! 

• Whether it a large or small home appliance, if it’s got a plug on it, we’ll have it recycled in accordance with the EU's WEEE Directive. 

• We’ll take your old kitchen or household appliances including power tools, computers, radios, etc, as well as batteries and CFL bulbs, so bring them in to us. 

• Please ensure that all personal data held on computers etc. is removed before be recycling it.

• When we deliver your new large appliance, we’ll collect your old one on a like-for-like basis, free of charge once it’s disconnected, clean, empty, defrosted and ready when our driver calls. 

• Local authority civic amenity facilities also take back WEEE and waste batteries but there may be a small charge for entry to the site. 

• WEEE and waste battery recycling at Joyces Home centre is free.

• We regret we’re prohibited from accepting any commercial equipment.

If you’re involved in a community fundraising activity and are organising a cookery demonstration, our mobile demonstration unit (oven, hob and worktop) is available for hire. Once delivered all you’ll need is a bottle of butane gas and a safe connection to a 13A electrical socket. Contact us for further details.

Before you make contact about spare parts it’s advisable that you have 
the following information noted from your appliance:

Brand, Model Number, Serial Number (and Product Code if shown)

This information will generally be contained on the ‘rating plate’, which is usually a black on silver or black on white label attached to the appliance. The position of the rating plate, which can be inside or outside, varies from appliance to appliance and from brand to brand. 

By having the information ready before you go to order the part, you’ll save yourself having to go back to look for the necessary information and make contact again. Once you have this information, we can guide you to the best source for what you need.
